Rate
my rate is $300 per hour.
this rate is in exchange for strictly legal professional bdsm services only and does not include sexual or illegal services of any kind. there are no hidden or implied messages here.
this rate is non-negotiable, non-refundable, cannot be bartered, and cash only.
Time
in addition to play, the amount of time booked includes:
session planning & negotiation
set up
aftercare (not required)
clean up
on-time exit, following all house rules and/or policies of the venue
keep this in mind and plan accordingly as time can fly by when taking these aspects of play into consideration.
INCAll
incall is the most common type of session for my clients and where clients start.
simply visit me when i’m on schedule at Sanctuary Studios LAX. if you would like a session at a specific time and date, reach out to me in advance, and i may be able to accommodate a shift that includes your requested time.
Outcall
outcall is for established clients, may require a deposit or additional fees, and includes the following situations:
1) playing at a dungeon of your choice
you are responsible for renting a room at an established dungeon and any associated costs.
2) attending an event at a dungeon as your play partner
you are responsible for arranging admission and any associated costs.
Safeword
my safeword is RED. when this safeword used, all play must stop with an immediate check-in as there is a limit being reached, a rule being violated, a safety concern, or an urgent matter to address. safewords must be observed at all times.
there are no second chances for failing to adhere to a safeword, and any breaches will end our session immediately with no refund and likely result in removal from all future visits to the dungeon.
CONSENT
consent is the bedrock of the bdsm/kink community and is always taken very seriously. while i provide bdsm services as a professional submissive, that does not entitle you to interact with me in any way that i did not consent to. for an idea of what i am likely or likely not to engage in, please review my curated list of loves, likes, levels, and limits.

PRivacy
privacy and discretion are important pillars of the bdsm/kink community. i have a strict policy against photos, filming, or recording of any kind during our time together, and i will ask that you turn your phone off at the beginning of our session.
there are no second chances for any attempts to record our session, breach my privacy, and access my personal information in any way, and any breaches will end our session immediately with no refund and likely result in removal from all future visits to the dungeon.
house rules
you are required to follow all house rules and policies of the dungeon. take the time to thoroughly read the rules of the dungeon we rent from.

CANCELlATIONS
cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance. cancellations made in less than this window and any pattern of cancellations regardless of advance notice will heavily deprioritize any sessions with you in the future.
if you do not show up to a session we planned, i will not consider a session with you moving forward unless you make considerable amends, including what you owe.
